Terms and Conditions
- We require a 25% deposit to confirm a booking. Please contact us to confirm availability before sending the deposit, and we will provisionally reserve the dates for you. We will require the deposit within one week of making your booking, at which time we will confirm your booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Can be paid by BACS or cheque.
- Unfortunately we do not allow pets
- Strictly non-smoking
Cancellation Policy
- If the guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.
- If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before the start of the holiday.
